What we collect

When you send a message through this website, email or call us, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

If you become a client, how we handle information shared during coaching or consultancy is set out in your client agreement.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange and deliver our services. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who else handles it

• Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and receives contact-form messages on our behalf.
• Microsoft, which provides our email service.

Some of this processing may take place outside the UK. Where it does, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as our client agreement and legal obligations require.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email neil@odin-services.com and we will respond within one month.
