Leadership Coaching

You May Be at a Threshold

Leaders live to make a difference and this can take its toll. 

You are not broken. You are not failing. You are between.

As a CTI-trained co-active executive coach, I don’t approach burnout as something to be fixed or optimised away. Instead, we slow the pace enough to listen to what the exhaustion is signalling.

My role is not to advise or tell you what to do. It is to create a calm, trusting space where you can:

  • Step out of constant performance and problem-solving
  • Reconnect with who you are beyond your role
  • Name what has been carrying you – and what it has cost
  • Clarify what genuinely matters now
  • Explore new ways of leading that are sustainable and aligned

This work often restores energy not by doing more, but by doing differently.

Who this is for

I work with senior leaders who have lived lives of responsibility and service — often under pressure — and who now find that the old ways of leading no longer fully fit, even though their experience and gravitas remain intact.

This is not coaching to optimise performance or install better habits.

It is coaching for coherence:

  • Re-aligning who you are with how you lead
  • Naming what is ending and what is emerging
  • Restoring movement without urgency or self-betrayal

You do not need motivating. You need space to think clearly, language to name what matters, and permission to move.

How we work

Our approach is grounded, reflective, and relational. It combines depth with deliberate movement.

We make sense of your story — past, present, and future — so decisions arise from clarity rather than pressure.

We help remove the invisible constraints that keep capable leaders paused, allowing action to come from readiness rather than force.

We stay with you in the uncertain middle — when the old no longer fits and the new is not yet formed — until direction becomes honest and actionable.

This is spacious work, but it is not passive. Reflection is always connected to lived action.

  • 1:1 coaching
  • Typically 3–6 month engagements
  • Fewer clients, deeper work
  • Sessions that are spacious and unrushed
  • Cadence agreed together (not automatically weekly)

Where helpful, we support you to identify what should remain with you — and what should be carried by others.
